So…what is coaching?

Coaching isn’t based on telling, instruction or direction, it isn’t mentoring or counselling. Instead coaching is a future-focused tool that’s used to empower individuals to reach their goals for themselves. 

A coaching session is a structured, collaborative conversation between the coach and the client. Following a coaching model, a coach will ask questions, listen and challenge in a non-judgemental, supportive way that helps you to identify and move forward towards your goals.

Coaching with me

My area of interest is confidence coaching. I support people to unlock their potential and achieve their goals through developing their self-confidence using a blend of exercises and resources and coaching sessions. Sessions can be face-to-face, online, outdoors - or a blend of these.
